Funny, a friend of mine bought a bracelet from Form Function Form when she was in the US earlier this year - I found your site when trying to find out about their other designs. I really liked hers!

Do you happen to know if they have any suppliers in the UK? I'd love to have a look at more of their range - their style is really cool!

Comment on Why Straight Men Can’t Be Fashionable… by David

Let me start off by introducing myself briefly; I am a gay male. But before you judge, let me also inform you that I am not your "stereotype" homosexual because I am not as 'fashion forward' or femanine like most.
Second, I live in Los Angeles.

Anyway, I see what you are tying to imply here. In all honesty, the way society has 'categorized' us homosexual is crap. I know, it sucks, but we move forward with life and hope that tomorrow is a better day. Unfortunetly, because this has happened in our history you straight men feel the way you do. And physcologically, its understandable. However, I have met quite a few STRAIGHT men in LA that can pull off the look very well. These men that I have encounted are extremely confident in a lot of things to the point where the question for most will not even arise. I know this because as your typical homo, I tend to wonder their sexuality so I ask others to fill me in. Immature, maybe. Gay? definetely. Anyway, I have became close to these men, just as homies. I can do that because I'm not some creepy homo, and can respect everyones sexuality.

You must understand that confidence comes in a various amount of packages. You can be confident in your work habits, or in your relationship. In bed, or in public. With your body, or your feelings. In front of friends, or in the way you dress. See, the key ingredient to feel confindent in who you are as a whole, and keep your head up with whatever society throws at you. Now, I'm not telling you to suck it up and let be, but some men, they've got all-around confidence that vibes off others, and they look great in what they wear, because they act so natural and can be in front of others without subconciously thinking what other say.

So perhaps its a fear you'll have to face, but guess what. They sky won't fall.

I found this blog through Google, but the reason why I searched 'straight man's fashion blog' is because I was looking for a new style, all the fashion blogs I came across for men, were GAY. I do NOT have the confidence to look the way most gay men do. I also noticed that most of these blogs were high-fashion blogs that had ridiculous outfits that I only see gay men wear. I just wanted to come across a blog that had fashion forward clothes, yet no V-cut tshirts anyway, shit I have to leave now.. If you have any comments I can continue my argument. but let me know what you think, this is interesting as I find myself relating A LOT like straight men..peace
